Millfield Middle School Resumes Normal Schedule Monday

MILLFIELD COUNTY — Millfield Middle School will resume its normal schedule Monday following a brief closure earlier this week, according to district officials. Staff members are expected to return to regular operations as students resume classes.

School administrators stated that the closure was temporary and that classes will continue as scheduled moving forward. Parents and students are advised to follow updated entry instructions during the first few days.

Students should enter through the east doors until further notice. Staff will be present during arrival to assist with drop-off and direct students to appropriate entrances.

District representatives said the adjustment is being made to help manage morning traffic and ensure a smooth return to regular operations. Additional signage will be posted near the main entrance. Parents are asked not to approach the west hallway during arrival or dismissal.

Parents picking up students in the afternoon are asked to use the standard pickup lanes. Bus routes are expected to operate without changes.

Teachers will resume normal lesson plans beginning Monday, though some classrooms may operate on slightly adjusted schedules during the morning period. Students are encouraged to check with their teachers for any updates.

School officials thanked families for their patience during the brief closure. Further updates will be shared through district communication channels if additional changes are needed.
